A buyer won a bid on my item but now is asking if I can relist so a friend can buy it since his store is in another country and he cant check out.
I'm at lest 90% sure this is a scam but I really have no clue how to respond to the buyer now.

So I did tell the buyer that I would not be doing that they are little upsetsHe has stated his store is in another country and “can’t really check out”. I have stated I’ll only ship in the US. I will be relisting the item as I wish to get rid of it.

If he is asking you to re-list, that means that he wants you to cancel the sale right? If it were me, I would cancel the sale and if you are worried, do not re-list it for a while.

Assuming you're saying that you don't ship to that buyer's location, why not let him buy it and, when he pays, change the delivery address to his friend's address?

Cancel, use reason at buyers request, or problem with buyers address, and then block the buyer.
That is what I would do, and I wouldn't respond to the message.

I guess the friend of the buyer lives too far away for the buyer to drop it off. Ignoring that I think the buyer is doing the wrong thing and should follow through and pay. Either they pay for the item or pay with a report for non-payment once that is possible. I'm surprised the buyer didn't ask you to ship it to their friend's address. It sure sucks when buyers don't follow their obligations.
