I sold a pair of brand new in box hair clippers. They received item today saying it was used. These clippers were not the only one sold. I sold 22 of the same ones. They were purchased in bulk and came in the shippers box. Can I fight this? I also placed no returns (which is a joke because of buyer protection). Either way something tells me they will try to send an used product.

Hi, unfortunately they can return them and ebay will issue them a refund from your account. and if you don't refund they count it against your selling account. I've had this happen with makeup products. When I called they said the buyer can actually try the product out upto 30 days! nothing you can do was told it was the cost of doing business!

You can fight it, but you will be at a disadvantage from the start. eBay will almost always side with the buyer so it's probably in your best interest to recover the item and relist it. You are dead last in priority as far as eBay is concerned, just another number in the system.

They will always side with the buyer no matter what!

You can fight it.
The harder you fight, the more costly it will get, and you will lose in the end.
But you can fight it.

Your best shot, and it's not a very good one, is a sort of rope-a-dope. Apologize, and agree to accept a return. See what happens. Sometimes buyer will fail to send a return, and you can win that way.
If buyer really is skilled and motivated to steal your stuff, you can't stop that.
