Best help I can offer is suggesting you don't list items that are prohibited by eBay policy @mustafarasit .
When you say buy it now format you are referring to fixed price. Have you attempted to try to sell other type of items besides what you were selling before? Keep in mind Ebay could be restricting your account due to that in addition to being 5 years old with really no activity at all. Please also note that even if you do find a way to sell your funds will be on hold anyway.
