Bulk scheduled listing is giving wrong time

This just started this morning as it was working fine before, if I schedule 1 listing at a time it works great, then I bulk edit and go to start time and set it at say April 7 at 12 am, it will change itself to April 6 at 9 pm, doesn't matter the number or amount of days I put it keeps changing to 3 hours before the time I set. Is there a simple solution for this or something im missing? Thanks for any comments

I don't use eBay's scheduling system, maybe it's a time zone thing, eBay operates on Pacific time while you appear to be in the Eastern time zone.

I figured it might be time zone related but its strange that it just started occurring today and only for the bulk listings
