Help! Does anyone know what is up with this? Every time I use bulk label printing, if I'm asking it to print over 5 labels at once, after I pay, the little wheel spins for a long time and then I get a big white screen with this on it:
And I have to then go back in and "reprint" EVERY label. EVERY TIME. This is costing me SO MUCH TIME. I'm not doing anything different than I did previously. This started a week ago. I keep hoping its some glitch that will correct itself. But it's still happening and I'm losing my mind here. There's no problem actually BUYING the labels, as my funds are deducted and the items all get marked as shipped and the labels are there waiting to be re-printed, but I've totally lost my ability to print a stack of labels with one PDF sent to the printer so I haven't heard it's little "chugga chugga chugga" as it spits out all my labels for the day at once. This is maddening.
Anyone know what is happening or who to contact at Ebay to point this out?
