Bulk Relister charging listing fees incorrectly

  I used the mass re listing tool to re list MANY items. It showed fees would be $36.68 with a line through it and then zero to the right of it so apparently at this point, it was free.  So, I clicked through and at the very end, right after the final submit button that zero turned into $26.04 fee.  Had a look at my account an I have indeed been charged a fee for each item I re listed. This is unacceptable. 

How can I get my fees refunded????  Find a screenshot of the page attached below.

going to have to call Customer service........  click on help/contact at the top of the page.

oops, you're in Ireland........so probably need to contact via the UK board.........
