Bulk Edit Tool -- NOT WORKING

We're trying to figure out what is going on with the Bulk Edit function.  All 200 of our listings have valid quantities.  All 200 of our listings have the correct UPC included.  None of our listings have any errors associated with them.  When we attempt to do a mass mark-down of 30%, the tool shows us error messages for nearly all of our listings.  We contacted eBay CS and they sent it in as a bug ticket.  CS told us to revise the pricing for our listings one by one -- which we can do, but it may take a few days to accomplish.  Until we are able to mark-down our Spring/Summer 18 goods, we really can't start listing the Fall 18 items.  Attached are images of the issues we're seeing.  Is any one else seeing these same problems?  Here is the full error list:     

Quantity is not valid. (195)

The UPC field is missing. (195)

The Buy It Now price must be greater than or equal to US $0.99. (2)

Price is not valid. (5)

Duplicate variation specifics (144)

Missing name in name-value list. (195)

Quantity is not valid for an item with variations (195)

To follow-up:  

This is the same bulk edit tool that we've used season after season to mark-down items before listing our newly received goods.  This is the first time we've seen the tool act up in this way.  Previously we've used the bulk edit tool at the end of every Spring/Summer season and Fall/Winter season without fail.  The last pricing bulk edit that we did would have been in March of this year -- no issues using it then.    

We're not sure what is going on.

I relisted 6 this morning and no problems, but no % off either......

Have you tried putting thru the % off on a few and then seeing if they will list?

We did attempt, but it asked us to correct before the changes could be submitted.  We're not sure exactly what needs a correction though -- the listings don't have any actual issues.  We're not having any issues listing, or doing a sell similar.  It seems to us that all of the recent changes are causing older tools (like the bulk edit) to malfunction.

Do the warnings show up only when you try the % off, or are they there when you load the items into bulk editor before you do anything?

The errors only appear after attempting to edit.  They otherwise don't exist.

So there aren't any warnings/errors when loading our listings into the bulk edit tool.  Only after attempting to edit do those warnings show up.

This is an issue that has been mentioned in the tech area. I hit the exact same thing like last week. Didn't bother to figure it out or report it yet because I have bigger glitch fishes to fry. But yea, it's not just affecting you. I know of at least 3 other sellers who is being affected. Might wanna call eBay and get a ticket started on this one. Let me know how it goes.

just for info..........I tried revising 2 this morning, using % off..........both had UPCs..since that seems to be a key in the variation disappearing pictures.......  got no warnings......  Tried 2 without UPCS.......no warnings.......  these were active listings......

oops....ignore the above, I just snapped that your items are variations.........and therefore tied to the variation problems.  lol, it only took 1/2 a cup of coffee............

We spent hours on the phone with eBay today.  CS could not figure out what is causing the errors/warnings within the Bulk Edit.  I attached a few more images showing the issues with the tool.  The first image is if we were to do a regurlar "Revise Listing" -- not using the bulk edit tool.  Notice the variations and how they look normal.  The other images show what happens when we attempt to use the bulk edit tool.  Notice how their aren't any errors or warnings when first load the items into the tool (there's nothing wrong with any of the listings to begin with).  Once we actually attempt to use the tool, we receive errors and warnings on all of the listings we're attempting to mark-down.  These images were of a trial for 4 listings (vs. doing all of them at once).  We thought maybe doing a smaller group would work.  NOPE.  The craziest glitch is how eBay added 3 additional variations to the listing:  all without a UPC, SIZE, COLOR, QTY, or PRICE.  The last image -- It's bonkers. 

I hope eBay recognizes the issues these new glitches are causing.  We're in a tough spot if it's not fixed soon.

I have been having the same issue since last week. Sometimes it's shoe size missing from a pair of pants, other times it is MPN (on clothing) or some German specifics.

Try hitting cancel and load them up again. Sometimes the error warnings go away.

We did try canceling/reloading, but it doesn't matter.  We even tried an individual listing with only 1 color variation.  Even for that listing (which does not have any issues), we receive warnings/errors and eBay adds an addtional variation to the listing -- It's insane.  Attached are images.  The first image shows if we were to do a regular regular "Revise your item" (not through the bulk edit).  The other images show what happens using the tool.  You'll notice how the tool adds warnings/errors and a crazy looking variation to the listing.    

The wheels are off.  We were hopeful it would be fixed over the weekend.  As of this morning, it's the same story.   

We contacted eBay CS again, and the person was blown away with how screwed up the tool is.  He took additional screen shots and sent in another bug ticket to the tech team.
