I always ship my packages off with USPS but while on a time crunch, i had to use UPS services. It was an expensive order, and with that came expensive fees and label prices. By mistake i purchased a USPS label, instead of a UPS label. I ended up voiding the mistaken label, but can’t seem to get my money back from it. Can anyone help? @

It usually takes two or three weeks for the cost of the label to be refunded. They want to be sure it doesn't get used.

Ebay does not notify you when USPS credits you for the voided label.
The refund just appears in your payment history, about a month after the label is voided.

You can void the label and they will eventually refund the money you paid for it. You can find it to the left side of your HUB, next to your orders. It will take a few weeks, but you will get the refund.

Almost immediately after I void a USPS label, eBay notifies me that it is processing the request. Did you get a similar notification?

never got that but i do remember voiding the label, so im only hoping that it went through successfully.

@kristopher_walker I did a similar thing and it took approximately a month before I was refunded. No notice of the refund.
I found it when I was checking on my payouts.
