Hi ebay, Please unrestricted my account  You restricted my account because I got a lot of refunds back but this is not my problem this is the USPS problem. They have not delivered my product or have not updated my shipping. Please unrestricted my account because many of the orders i want to be delivered .

eBay is not in this forum so your post won't be read or responded to by eBay.

This forum is a discussion board for buyers and sellers. No one can "unrestricted" your account.

The message eBay sent you when your account became restricted will tell you why you are restricted and whether it's temporary or permanent.

What you you mean you got a lot of refunds back? Or do you mean returns? 

YOU are held responsible until delivery. So yes it is YOUR problem.

No one here can do that, these are member to member other buyers and sellers boards. eBay will not see this post. Restrictions have nothing to do with delivery, getting unrestricted will not speed up delivery. eBay does not control the shippers. 

Betting there is more to this story then just getting restricted. Good chance your account might be having issues because you are drop shipping and don't own any of the goods you are selling. Now eBay is asking for proof of ownership of those products which you can't supply.

I guess your dropshippers dropped the ball and your Bad Buyer Experience metrics have led to the restriction.

Or perhaps your Alli price below cost triggered counterfeit claims.

You are unlikely to see your restriction lifted.

I think you might have to find a new job. Ebay isn't going to remove the restrictions!

Funny how I see sellers who sell..... Cologne, drivebelts, and Weight loss supplements and nothing else.....  are selling counterfeit items.
