I think this is fair enough for those who do it. My fear is that it isn't going to be adequately managed and some unlucky ones are gong to get the boot.

So after the surprise new Summer update we are now getting a mid-summer policy update released via a blog?

And now we have non-performing listings? They will just delete items that have been listed for 2 years?!! I guess I better check to see if any of mine disappeared. I sold one this morning that I've had for at least a year.

All it takes is that one person to come along, and I've found that they always do in time. Who tells us what we can list? If it's not a violation, it's my choice for as long as I want. I believe that's what I pay for.

I guess that ebay thinks that is only fair since ebay will relist your sold listings whenever they feel like it - changed the UA so they are covered, too.
