Stronger marketplace protection: Also starting this month for the small group of sellers who repeatedly violate important eBay policies like completing transactions outside of eBay checkout, their active listings will be suppressed from search and browse results in line with selling restrictions.

I think this is fair enough for those who do it. My fear is that it isn't going to be adequately managed and some unlucky ones are gong to get the boot.

I certainly hope I don't have to manually relist 800 listings every month. I wish he would clarify what he's saying about GTC.

We've already been reading plenty of posts of people getting warnings via email and I even received a phone call a few months ago because someone wanted me to purchase outside of eBay and I didnt. So why was I called?

I think he's talking about listings without valid identifiers that won't be renewed on GTC - you know - the ones you can't revise while live now?

And he doesn't know that Playbill should not have been sent by Media Mail because it contains advertising! OMG! Does this mean because eBay employees are doing it then I should be sending my magazines by Media Mail?? LOL

What I am wondering is if whomever is managing his account has run into a buyer claiming SNAD yet of course it overides his 'no return' policy.
