Blocked buyer bought from me again opened 2nd case return 2nd negative feedback

A buyer bought a purse from me , complained opened case , even though my listing contains 12 photos, lengthy descriptions, and says 'buyer agrees to seller's full terms and conditions' or shall refrain from shopping here , no case returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no buyer's remorse, no negative , no neutral feedback  all sales 100% final. 

This is  A BLOCKED BUYER since she slammed me in March 2017,  she has been on my blocked list since May 26, 2017, she has remained on my blocked list since the day she opened case or case was decided, and ebay won't stand up for me, allowed her to threaten me with a 'pay pal ' case return,  you see, she bought similar item in May 2017 , opened case, left derogatory , negative ONE YEAR long Feedback , ebay refused to remove it, buyer refused to remove it,  buyer's score has remained exactly the same as in May till now November 2017, ebay allowed her as a 'BLOCKED BUYER' to shop, offer, attempt to cancel order, i refused, so buyer became violently angry, harassed me, ebay tried to bully me to cancel order, i refused, as the 'offer' once accepted in ebay's own words'  a legal and binding contract' , ebay allowed her to threaten me, open new case  as a BLOCKED BUYER she is NOT allowed to be able to offer, bid or buy from me, ebay allowed her to pull the same abuse as before, spoke with ebay for hours in May and for hours in November, buyer is queen, buyer almost always takes advantage of seller to slam score, leave negative feedback, try to steal or lie there way to slant /tilt everything in their favor,  ebay allows corruption from BLOCKED BUYER.  I have about 500 more items to sell, pray they sell fast so i can close down my paid for Ebay store that is getting slammed by repeat blocked buyer did a second return, ebay did not allow me to deny her return as well, so if you like to spend many hours getting told ' we will remove negative feedback' 

we will work with you, this will side in your favor,,    it does not , it won't and you can view my negative feedback,  i am sickened by ebay's BLOCKED BUYER feature NOT working so they let this buyer yet again harass me, item is valued at over $250 NEW, sold as offers both times, buyer trashed my name, my score and her foul , cruel feedback remains,  ebay is not a place i want to deal with  much longer for paying out almost $200 a month, account has been double charged for years, /hacked ?   I pay for an item , recharged again, fluctuating postage, it is all not a place i recommend to try to make extra money i lost a lot over 4 yrs.. regret my decision to ever become a seller.

In the feedback, her number looks to be the same number that she left negative feedback before. Is that right? 

If so, I'd be attending the weekly chat meeting next Wednesday at 1pm PST and letting the eBay management know what's going on. I understand your frustration and there is no way that she should have had the opportunity to go after you again. I hope you continue to fight this.

OP, the policy has changed; a buyer can circumvent your BBL IF they REALLY want the item.

BUT this buyer seems to have malicious intent; they bought from you before AND possibly they bought the SAME bag.  Perhaps you could use that when you call to ask if the feedback can be removed.

You need to remove these terms.  These terms are not only unenforceable, they could give you a violation against  your account.   Ebay does not allow negative statements like that in listings, and the MBG trumps your no returns policy.  If an item is SNAD, the buyer most likely know this and will open a SNAD case against you.  

And some unscrupulous buyers may take those words as a challenge to take you down and prove otherwise to you.

OP, contrary to what you write more than once in your listing, eBay and PayPal do not support your terms.  Get rid of all that gibberish and write a real description of the item.

eBay is not a good place for a seller to exercise his or her control issues.

A buck or ten, maybe.  But I can't see somebody spending a $100 or so just for the opportunity to neg a seller.  OP says the member was blocked, but the second seems to be the same ID and for the same item.

I think there's more going on here than we know.

Just a little FYI about me . . . I've been known to hold a grudge for year, at least 30+ for my ex-husband 😉  However, I would never "spend" money to get even with anyone.  Although I may get a blue slap for this: the buyer is insane.

Because some don't just "express an opinion", they get deliberately nasty, mean-spirited and impossible to reason with. There's no excuse that kind of behavior, IMO. (On either side, for that matter).

@mustanggirl64.5  can you come back and verify that you actually got the buyer on your BBL rather than just thinking you did? Also, can you confirm whether or not you manually review offers or youve got an auto accept set up?

Just a thought, OP, but while this may be a buyer who just kept looking for the same item, could it be a competitor who sells the same things and is trying to take you down?

I know they waited a year but maybe that was by design, to put plenty of time between the two transactions.

My package was not opened she immediately tried to cancel her offer which i had accepted, bought one (same style) only in May this is November, threatened a pay pal case, never even opened the package, this is all illegal, she did it to smear my name, ebay did say I would not have a fight on my hands, and no negative feedback would be allowed but blocked me from feedback and sided again with  A BLOCKED BUYER. 

This proves ebay did not keep her blocked just for harrassment purposes in my opinion. 

I don't feel any negative feedback should loom over us for a YEAR, this is ridiculous, the harder i work the more i get slammed,  unfair illegal practices by ebay and buyer, 

i was told countless times case would side in my favor, funny buyer's score never changed even a point in almost half a year, buyer could have bought a different purse same style for $75 ( less money then mine) as well, so i was targeted , harassed and bullied.  Period.
