If it's an Android phone it's actually a semi well-known issue for them
to shutdown and reboot constantly. What your buyer needs to do is do a

@mustanggirl64.5 can you come back and verify that you actually got the
buyer on your BBL rather than just thinking you did? Also, can you
confirm whether or not you manually review offers or youve got an auto
accept set up?
