it has been twice that eBay or buyer cancels a bid on my item, I can’t find the reason? Can anybody help ? It has gone to the same amount twice

If the buyer retracts, I believe they have to give a valid reason. Most will lie and select that they posted the wrong amount, but they are suppose to bid again with the correct amount, but most never do.

There is usually a place to view bid history (or something similar that shows the reason chosen), but I always have to dig a bit to find it. In the end, I know it is wasted time spent looking, since it doesn't really matter. Ebay does record how many times a bidder retracts their bids on their feedback page.

The reason eBay cancels bids is because the buyer is removed from eBay. The reason a buyer retracts a bid is because he does not want to buy your item (despite what "reason" he selects from eBay's list of "reasons").

If an auction has reached the same amount twice, that is probably a good indicator the market for it. IMHO you should set a fixed price and require immediate payment and remove the need to worry about bid reetractions.
