Probably nothing wrong with sending an item to a forwarding company but.....
if you ship from overseas then the US forwarding company will not assist in customs clearance. In my case the item was returned and DHL was going to charge me import duties and VAT (importing back into the country where the package was sent from). Beware, Ebay fees will only Be returned after a full refund is made. Paypal fee is not refunded. I was lucky because in my case the buyer refunded me the shipping cost and the paypal fee before i made a full refund to his account.
