I am looking for a new POS system at my retail location that has built in eBay integration so if I sell an item in Store it automatically ends eBay listing and vise versa every so often something sells in store and then sells on eBay before I can delete it and then I have to cancel the order

I don't think such a thing exists.

I don't think any POS could do this - they don't exist to handle inventory. I'm trying to think of a way a 3rd party listing service can do this, but it would have to integrate with your shop inventory.

The human brain is the only thing capable at this time.

Invent it and they will come.

It will have to be a custom program written specifically for your business.

One problem is that when a B&M customer puts the item in their physical cart and continues to shop and then the item sells on ebay before they checkout.
I do not see a way that this can be solved with integration.
If you figure it out I think that some of the big box stores would be interested in the technology.

@piedmontreeltimemovies The API software for that functionality has not been developed. Part of the issue of course is eBay's protective nature against Selling items listed on their site OFF their site ... which is a Policy Violation.

There is no short cut. I have to do that on several sites and I've trained myself, before I ever start to pack something, to go search the others sites for it and pull the item. And I learned that the hard way. I highly doubt any computer program first can do that or that I would even trust it.

That said, if you do find something, let me know. My husbands store could really use that too. He doesn't think twice before selling something out from under me without saying anything. No matter how much I explain, complain, and SCREAM.

a ridiculously unreasonable expectation. It would only really work if we were employees. as a self employed person-they cannot make that claim to my inventory.
