A few things, if anyone can help!
Best Offer: This is being added to my items without my request or authorization. Did I at some point agree to ebay adding a "Best Offer" without realizing it? Pehaps with a "seller update" agreement? I do not like this and did not, to me knowledge, authorize this. So, either I am receiving unrealistic offers, or I am having to revise the "offer settings" on items.
Secondly, some of my listings are re-listing without me re-listing them. And, they are being listed as "until cancelled." Is this another thing I agreed to?Or have there been changes to the seller agreements that I unkowingly authorized?

Perhaps over a year ago, eBay started adding Best Offer to the inventory of some sellers. They consider it a "courtesy" to help you move your items quicker. Yeah, yeah ... I've never seen a seller feel like it is a courtesy, rather they feel as if it is an intrusion.
No one knows how a seller gets opted into this "feature", but the speculation is that their overall inventory is not moving at a rate that eBay considers to be quick enough.

I think it may be a default on a listing. I had one or two pop up when I wasn't paying 100% attention to listings one week. The "Good Til Canceled" shows up on all new (i.e. not Sell Similar) Buy It Now listings. You have to go in and change the duration. I personally like 7 days, just like my auction listings.

I do 2/3 of my sales with best offers here and two other sites. I set my minimums and let it ride. Use autodecline below say 30% off so you arent bothered by lowballs. Whatever gets it sold.

IT'S really starting to tick me off !!! And the offers THEY SET are LOWER than the LISTED AUCTION PRICE. ( LOL ) !!! They are trying to ( FORCE SELL ) the ITEMS for US !!! I personally don't need any help SELLING my ITEMS !!! IT'S all about THE MONEY my GOOD MAN !!!

It has been definitively stated that this is applied to listings of new sellers or those who don't sell much, and in situations where the price is high.
