Best Offers Made But eBay never Notified Me I Had Offers ??? Anyone Else Have this Problem ?

I was revising a lot of my items and Noticed a Item I had for $100 and there were 3 Offers. I was not notified by eBay at all . When talking to the Representative she mentioned that all Best Offers were sent to Sellers. I told her mine was not and I would be Happy to wait while she Checked. The  Representative came back saying it must have been some error because she agreed I was not Notified of 3 Different offers from 3 Different Buyers.  Has anyone had that Problem ?  She did mention she had a few calls on this and I need to know if I have to go thru all 900 listings to see if this was a one time error or what. This evidently happened a few weeks ago and by revising I came across the offers I never received .

check the listings and be sure the B/O auto reject isn't set..........

Hi That was the 1st thing I checked but it was not set . Then when the eBay Rep said she had a few calls on this subject I though Lord , I am going to have to go thru 900 items One by One... ???

My offers are not showing up in my regular email. They are showing up under promotions,  (on my I phone.) Also, they are showing up on my dashboard. So you might have to check your eBay promotions and/or your dash board frequently as some offers expire in under 24 hours. This has been going on for months, it's some kind of glitch.

That's disturbing. It seems there many "glitches" lately which cost sellers sales. Sometimes I wonder if they are actually preventing sales.

Months, huh? Like maybe the number of months since the spring update kicked in?

Good Morning  You are lucky as mine are not showing up anywhere not even on my I Phone. This really concerns me and I do not hear anything from eBay except their bill statement for me to pay . In 18 years of selling ,  I have never been this disappointed in eBay as I am now . There is nothing that has been done to rectify the situation . I am selling now just to try and pay the bills for my Cancer Treatment and sales have never been this bad. I am running out of time and have as of yesterday cancelled my treatment . I really do not know what to do as it seems there is nothing I can do about the errors eBay has been making .

I have never been as disappointed in eBay as I am now.  After selling for 18+ years and At a Time in my life where my sales depend on paying for my Cancer Treatment I have been left disappointed.

a couple of months ago my offers started showing up in my promotional folder in my email which I rarely looked at.  but I saw a couple on my dashboard.  found the email offers in promotions. so either check your promotion folder or have all promotion email go into your main folder (bad choice) or check your dashboard often.  With the slower sales these days I can't afford to miss any offers so I check all my email folders and my dashboard a lot more often.

I just do not understand why they do not send it to our eBay mail . Bad enough some of the changes take more time AND HAVE FLAWS , but how many windows do they want us checking to find our what is going on with our sales ? Or for that fact , how many sights do we need to check off eBay  For a  eBay offer  or Problem?  For 18+ years I was always told  do everything on eBay not they are doing what is important on a Personal email ? They are totally confusing me ...
