Best Offer

A few weeks ago, Ebay automatically applied 'Best Offer' to all my listings (without my consent). Now it's disappeared and I've no way of adding it back (I've only the option for Auction or Fixed Price when I list an item). I've spoken to Ebay and got precisely nowhere - the rep told me I must have added it, then told me I couldn't have done as I'm using the 'advanced tool'. Then she told me a lot more that was absolutely ridiculous but despite being unable to answer my question she also refused to pass me on to anyone else that might have understood the issue. How can I easily add Best Offer to my items for sale please as I can't find it anywhere and the customer service rep just kept going round in circles and contradicting herself.

If you are using the mobile app to list,there shoud be a "show more" option at the bottom. you click that and it should show up

You are in the UK..........may be better to ask on that board, as not evertyhing is the same as here. 

Here, b/o has been automatically added to the simple listing form and also even to auctions,  so not sure which you are referring to......
