Best Offer received for a Auction

Dear Guys,

I have ongoing active Auction and I was include $49 as the shipping cost for it and started from $0.99.

Currently I received a BEST OFFER from a buyer for $20

What I want to know is, If I accept that the buyer will pay only $20 for item and the shipping OR will he pay $20 for item and $49 for shipping?

Please advice me..

All offers are exclusive of any posted shipping. However, review the offer for any messages regarding shipping, buyers will sometimes sneak in "Includes shipping" or something to that effect.

Whatever shipping you tag to the item will be added to the sale price.

What I don't like is the use of an American flag icon as a way to make all your imported office furniture appear more domestic.  "Local USA shipping" doesn't cut the mustard.

Read the offer carefully from the Buyer. I recently was offered (what I thought) was a decent offer on and item...UNTIL I saw that the offer included ME paying for SHIPPING, so, needless to say - had i not caught that, I would have accepted an offer that would've left me paying for shipping, and not reaping any profit.

You're from Sri Lanka. I'm curious as to how you're LEGALLY getting paid, since Paypal in Sri Lanka is send only. You can't LEGITIMATELY receive payments.  Did you buy the Paypal account, or did you use a false address?

I'm not expecting an answer. They NEVER answer this question...
