I have a below standard because the defectives rate and now I can't fix any prices or listings that I already have. Can someone help me?

What do you mean by "fix"?
What are you being prevented from doing? Revising titles or pictures? Relisting? Ending listings temporarily?
Are the "fixes" meant to change the problems that caused the Defects?

I need to fix the prices on some of the listings and quantities but it's not letting me.

Have you by any chance sent "offers" on any of these items? I remember reading that you cannot revise certain things on listings with open offers.

They have no offers
