Re: Being charged for no reason

You sold a hand held vacuum in February for $100. So the $10 might be your fee for selling. While you may have free inserts, the final value fee is still charged.

You also have several sales from February. Did you pay the fees?

You also deleted an auction after someone won, you were charged for that too as a completed sale.

Re: Being charged for no reason

We had to cancel all of those sales. So they never went through nor did the auction.

Re: Being charged for no reason

You're charged a FVF when you cancel an auction that has bids on it. It was eBay's solution for people who got bids on eBay and then cancelled the sale so they could sell it off eBay to avoid the fee. I'm not saying that's why you cancelled, but that's the rule.

How did you cancel it?  If you were paid and just did a refund thru paypal, that won't cancel the ebay fees.......need to cancel thru the ebay process to get the fees refunded/credited.......

Re: Being charged for no reason

Why are we are getting final value fees on item that the buyer did not pay for and we filed an unpaid item report. and we relisted the items.

Did you also close the unpaid reports? Or is that automatic now?
