Did you mean:

Being charged a fee for each revision.

Noticed yesterday I am being charged a fee of 10 cents for each revision. Has anyone else noticed this? I HOPE it's a glitch and will be resolved soon!!!

Other people are reporting the same thing. Someone said that it wasn't actually being charged to their account.  Are you seeing this charge in your ebay account?

I list items everyday, and I did notice that when I try to revise a listing, it would show a .10 fee.
Further experimentation shows that it only applied to my listings that are 15 days or older.
Any listing that I created within the last 14 days, showed no fee.
Just thought I would share that tidbit.

Sounds like a profitable glitch to me. If 1 million sellers get hit with a .10 to .20 cent charge, how many will actually call billing to complain. That's a 100,000. to 200,000.00 profit for eBay.

I did  few revisions yesterday - the first few were fine - but then it wanted to charge me 20 cents a listing. Just cancelled and figured I'll revise later today.

This is not a part of the Seller spring 2018 update.
this is a glitch
I think you keep mistaking the increase in fees for listings over the free listings included in stores or for the sellers using the basic 50 free listing

http://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/seller-updates/timeline.html

MAY 2018

Starting May 1, 2018, the yearly fee for a Basic Store subscription will change from $19.95/month to $21.95/month. The monthly fee for a Basic Store subscription will change from $24.95/month to $27.95/month.

Starting May 1, 2018, insertion fees will increase for non-Store sellers and Basic Store subscribers when you exceed your zero insertion fee allocation:

  • Non-Store. When you exceed your 50 zero insertion fee listing allocation, the insertion fee will change from $0.30 to $0.35
  • Starter Store. When you exceed your 100 zero insertion fee listing allocation, the insertion fee per listing will be $0.30
  • Basic Store. When you exceed your 250 zero insertion fee listing allocation in fixed price listings, the insertion fee for each fixed price listing will change from $0.20 to $0.25

There is no change to Premium and Anchor Store subscriptions.

If it is a gliche  they probably won't be in any big rush to fix it . Kind of like how banks frown on overdrafts  that force them to charge overdraft fee's . Tulips

As of this morning I'm not seeing the fee charged for a revision that was triggering the fee on Friday.

Maybe a few others could try and verify that it's fixed?

I keep reading about stuff coming in May. Yes, some of the stuff in the Spring Update are coming in May but don't forget ....

last year we had the Summer Seller Update on May 9 and I've seen references that we will again have 3 Seller Updates in 2018 so Spring, Summer, Fall.

True could be but when we have an update most times  and I mean most times it gives us time before things go into effect . If we get a summer update in May with fees for  revisions on listings  might it take affect in May at the same time as the update ?
Hard to say Maybe

There are some fee increases taking effect in May ... maybe that is what some of the posts are about?
