How do you see on the eBay platform what sells most frequently? Is there some sort of graph or a legit way to see sales for each month? I’m struggling with trying to find out what product to choose to sell. I don’t want to pick random items. Thanks.

It's not shown anywhere for the public to see. Sometimes ebay employees will share some info.
A few hints:
Find a good wholesaler that allows you to buy at a low enough cost to cover all costs and include taxes, then a profit and be able to be the 'lowest' or 'one of the lowest' sellers on ebay of that particular item
Find quality items- returns and bad feedback will destroy you over time
Typically best if you get into selling items you know something about and/or are passionate about.

Oh dear...
In your case you need to learn HOW to sell before you figure out what to sell. There is no way you can sell a camera for $12/free shipping. The shipping alone will be more than that.
I think I'm going to defer to the more eloquent members of the board to answer your question.
Best of luck...

Can you imagine just how many people would be selling 'the popular' item, what the competition would be and just how fast the price (and profit) would hit rock bottom if there were lists of what is hot to sell on ebay - or any place else? Do you think you are the only person who would want to know the easy way to sell and source? Anybody can go to Lowe's or Target of Walmart or Barnes and Noble to get the 'popular' and they often 'price match'.

Start selling with items you know about. Maybe it is cameras. Maybe it is books. Maybe it is kitchen gadgets.
Research on eBay how well those items are selling and what prices they are bringing. At the top of the eBay homepage you will see the field where you can type in what you are looking for and to the right of the large blue button saying Search, you will see the word Advanced in a smaller print. Click on "Advanced."
This is very important. For example, before I retired I was a collector of fashion jewelry made by a certain designer who suddenly died 4-5 years ago. One of my acquaintances suggested that that jewelry might now be worth more because of her death. Nope. Most of those things were manufactured and sold in the thousands of pieces. Yes, there are a few sellers who list these items for exorbitant prices, but they do not sell at those prices. If I get even half of what I originally paid for some of those items, I am lucky.
And if you are truly serious about selling on eBay, visit this Discussion page often. Every day, sometimes several times a day. I have gained most of my eBay selling knowledge from this and the Buying discussions.

And your first seller feedback is a negative for not shipping? You can probably kiss your account good bye.

Shipping is the hardest part of seliing.
You need a digital scale and a tape measure -then bookmark the USPS (or whatever your postal system is called) website to give you the current rates for shipments of the dimensions and weight you will be selling.
Don't use Auctions,
Use Fixed Price /Immediate Payment Required.
Since your only feedback is a negative, abandon this poisoned account, it cannot recover.
Open a new account and do some buying of low value items from North American sellers who give feedback on shipment.
Sell low value items from around the house (avoid clothing which is over supplied) and move on after a few successful transactions to selling goods that you know and which you have in your hands.
Retail is hard.
Anyone who tells you different is after your money, not your success.

To paraphrase an old saying, if you have to ask you can't afford to be selling. Also, maybe best to start over than start with a -1 rating. And don't try to be selling $100 items as a novice seller.

IMHO, successful sellers of vintage and used items are the sellers who are knowledgeable about a particular subject area and study the market.
For instance:
They are sellers who know that 'Young and Dangerous' CD by the Struts won't sell well, but that the Record Store Day yellow vinyl LP of that albums will bring great money.
They are sellers who know that the 'Spinal Tap' DVD is not particularly desirable, but that the Criterion Collection version is quite desirable.
