Hi, I was wondering how much value that would depreciate the baseball glove, compared to the same glove without sharpie initials on it.

It depends, if it is a very common glove with a whole bunch of pristine ones available probably considerable,
I would just take a guess and add best offer,

Maybe you will get lucky and a prospective buyer will have the same initials.

Anything that is "personalized", will be worth MUCH less unless it's tied to someone famous. If your name is Peter, would you want a belt with Thomas on it? Will it be worth selling? Perhaps. Someone may not have a lot of money and might need a ball glove for themselves or their kid. If it's real, actual leather, you may be able to get it out with alcohol and dabbing it with a rag to suck up the black ink. Most likely you will never get all or most of it out. You may need to get "creative" to make it look half reasonable with some type of dye just to cover up the marker to make it sellable.

I notice that you've never sold with this ID. If you're going to start selling here (just to move a used glove)... it's not worth it.

That depends a lot on the type of glove, It's age, condition, genuine leather, etc., Some suggested trying to remove the initials,I would not tamper with the ink or try to alter it in anyway, You could cause more damage than good, someone might want it just for an additional glove to have & not mind the initials.

Depends on many factors but based on the little information provided my SWAG says - 3.5% to -99.9% of what every price you listed it Make, model, condition, type (catcher mite or an outfield or infielder or just a plastic kiddos glove, etc means every thing.
You can also donate it to your favorite charity, salvation, army, Goodwill, etc and take a deduction on your income tax so it is worth something
