Hey everyone. As in my last post on here, i claimed how my one account besides this one got banned for no reason, but everyone here kept telling me that my product listed was a fake, which nobody even know what the item was. I will repeat myself that it was not a fake copy, and there were hundreds of listings using my same title. Anyways, I’m kinda stuck here, someone please answer my question: I’m trying to log in the account to appeal, but obviously i can’t login! How do i send an appeal? Next question: If i keep getting banned for making accounts using my information, does that mean i’m pretty much banned from selling with all my info? How can i still sell? Last question: In my ban, it nowhere said anything about counterfeit, all it said was something like “concerns with my recent activity”. Also, many and many people have the exact listing up, so why me? Could someone have reported my listing? Thanks! Btw please stop being so mean in the comment to me😂

Thank you. I will try it

What is the item? Pretty hard to give you any advice with no information other than "stop being mean"

Whenever an account is banned they will link all new accounts by your IP address. That will include anyone else in your household that has an account. Not exactly the same thing but for illustration purposes only: My daughter's fiance who lives with me posted something in the community forums that got him suspended for 24 hours. Because he was suspended from posting in the forums I couldn't get in to read either since we have the same IP address. If you try to make a new account it's still linked to the same IP address. Perhaps you could post your question to eBay on Facebook.
As for the ban itself if someone reported that your item was a fake and eBay removed your listing you cannot relist the item. If you persist you will be banned. Your rationale about others doing the same thing won't change the status of your account.

Im so confused though. My listing was one of the lowest searched ones and other people had MUCH more sales and I get banned first? How the hell does that work out

It matters not, eBay removed the item, and that's that, end of story
move on!
keep posting about it may have more serious consequences.

Hi, Alex. Using what other people have listed as a guide is not a good idea. It could be that they are in violation of the rules too, and haven’t been caught yet. As far your case, it is possible someone reported you, not that it matters.
The bottom line is that you did get sanctioned by eBay, for whatever reason. That may feel unfair, but eBay doesn’t have to be fair—it is their sand box, their rules.
The time to figure out what you did wrong and fix it might be passed. Since you opened new accounts in order to circumvent the suspension, you likely ruined your hope of reinstatement. Selling on eBay is not a right, it is a privilege. Once banned permanently, there is no appeal. There is nothing that can be done to reverse their decision.
I believe you were asking the wrong question. Instead of “Why me?” It should have been “Can i fix this?”

Hello. Where would I know if I was permanently banned? Where would they tell me? Also, why do they completely have to IP ban my whole house from selling? Just for a mistake? It's not fair in my opinion.

@bonjourami wrote:You actually sold "Fake Apple Earpods"...and "Off Brand Apple Earpods",and then canceled a transaction....theres your answer right there.Look at your dashboard, that will tell the story. You wont be reinstated.
That was on the account they are posting with. I said something about that on the last thread. It appears that Ebay removed it from this account.
I'm actually unsure how this account is still functioning with the problems with the other accounts.
This listing was for "fakes". They were selling off brands. But using the Apple name in the title is a Ebay rule breach for search manipulation. They did say in the title and the description that it was an off brand, they just never said what brand the off brand was.

It doesn't matter what others did. It matters what you did. You received notification from Ebay as to why you were banned and what NOT to do. You apparently felt that this did not apply to you and you went ahead and did EXACTLY what they told you not to do. And now you are upset because you can't get Ebay to pay attention to you.
You need to take a step back, take a deep breath and try to clear you head. You are repeatedly doing things that just further increase your problem.
You can email Ebay from this account and reference your other account that got banned and see what you can do to work with Ebay to fix the issues. Or you can go to Ebay on Twitter or Facebook for Ebay business.

Your own actions prove without a shadow of a doubt that you are not being sanctioned for any MISTAKE. In one of your latest listings on this account - feedback received for "Test Listing" - your description states this:
Fɐke Airpods with charging case.
That symbol to make the word "fake" unsearchable is clearly INTENT to violate policy and law.
You are not honest in your listings. You are not honest in your postings here. You are knowingly violating policy in so many ways, that there should be no recourse for you to keep these accounts, definitely not to keep selling. And if anyone in your household is caught up in your eBay and legal issues then you need deal with them since it is your actions that caused their problems.

I did not have an "intention" of breaking the rules. I just saw that the title gets a lot more views than any other title would for me, and now I OBVIOUSLY find the reasoning behind it.

Ebay has no way of knowing what your intent is. But they can certainly tell that you are willing to ignore what they told you specifically NOT to do by your actions.
No one here can help you get your account back. You need to contact Ebay directly via email, Twitter or Facebook. You don't have to contact them from the account you can't access to try and resolve your issues. Continuing to try and dispute things that posters are saying on the thread serves no purpose and doesn't help you in any way.

So you "unknowingly" used search manipulation. A violation of policy.
So you listed a "fake" item as a test not knowing that it is against the law to sell fake items. (You said do not purchase)
You sold the fake item. Cancelled the transaction?
Opened another account when the message from eBay suggested that you do not.
eBay is very unlikely to reverse their decision.
