anyone else getting this on their Balance invoice for Feb? What gives?

they put invoices together on the last/first days of the month.......when the compilation is ready, they will show........

It happens at the first of every month, typically lasting for up to 3-4 days. 

I suppose the delay is because eBay's cutting-edge software and computing systems need this long of a time to do their accounting for the previous month - it is a long process involving Myrtle removing February's tapes and installing new tapes to handle the March sales, and then having Fred read off the data from dozens of tapes from February, and typing up invoices for each seller.
