Bait & Switch Scheme

I am furious.  Bought a 24" 7-speed FOLDING tricycle from an eBay seller and got a regular tricycle instead.  Problem is Seller is ignoring my emails and there is no ''Return this Item'' on the purchased listing which is strange, The last 3 emails I have sent to seller telling him I want him to pickup his mistake are not showing in my Messages Inbox, instead his last reply email keep repeating.  Went to  resolution center after spending 3 hours writing and preparing the attachments, it is not going through and I keep getting the warning that I missed something in the Add Details part.  It does not tell me what and no matter what I do can send it.  HELP... what I am doing wrong.  Thanks

Is it over 30 days since you received it?

Re: Bait & Switch Scheme

File a Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) claim with ebay.  On ebay, there is very seldom an occasion when an item can not be returned - no matter what the seller puts in their listing.

If that doesn't work, file a charge back with your credit card company for 'not as described'.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous
