This is not fair to a seller. I have seen other sellers getting neutral & negative feedback because of the slow shipping from the postal service and packages are getting lost. EBAY should NEVER let a buyer give a seller a neutral & negative feedback when it is not the seller fault. The seller has NO control of the package after it has been shipped out on time and when the postal service is not doing there job. Especially when the seller does his job 100% and I thing Ebay needs to STOP let buyer give neutral & negative feedback for the postal service fault. when it is not the seller fault. How many other seller agree.

Well I agree it is becoming an issue recently. However as the seller we are responsible until the buyer receives their product. If you have been experiencing a lot of issues with USPS maybe you need to use FedEx, ups, dhl .
I have sold over 1000 items in the past 10 months between eBay and etsy. Thank heavens I have only had one item take 37 days to go 200 miles. The buyer was a sweetheart.
Ultimately it is the sellers responsibility..... Like it or not

While I agree in theory, as sellers we agreed to take responsibility for the package arriving as described and on time even though we heavily rely a third party (UPS, USPS, FedEx etc) for that journey.
So therefore late shipping, lost shipments, etc is on us. We bare that responsibility as unfortunate as it is.

I have never got a bad feed back but I just feel bad for the ones that work very hard to keep a 100% feedback. Thanks for your reply

How sure are you that it is the PO? I've read plenty of buyer complaints that sellers aren't mailing out promptly.

That maybe the sellers are shipping late. But I did have a buyer last Christmas bought a doll stroller from me and I shipped it the next day. But the box got lost in the mail and it took them 2 months to get it and they lived only two States away from me. I have to track it down and I had USPS send it back to me. So I had to resend it back to her and she ended up getting it in 3 days after I shipped it twice. But the buyer was very understanding.

As long as you ship an item on time, you can get the negative/neutral feedback removed once the item has been delivered.
In the meantime, you can always leave a polite reply apologizing for the current state of the USPS.

YEP! Just got a neutral from a 6-feedback buyer because it has been an entire 2 weeks since I mailed his $5 item. Even after I answered his email on the matter.

I have never go a bad feedback but I have read a lot of other people that has because of the slow shipping. I just feel bad because I'm sure they work very hard to keep there 100% and there discounts. Thank you for your reply

I think alot of new Ebay people do not read the feedback policies. Or they think it is funny to just give seller bad feedback just because.
