I have tried using the background removal tool on Android and on desktop. Sometimes on Android, the background is removed well; other times it puts in a gray / tan area on the right side of my photos. On the new desktop version, the background removal tool is putting in gray / tan on both sides of my photos (on the right AND the left of the item being photographed). The desktop version is adding this to EVERY photo. I contacted ebay CS who agreed it is a problem & was unable to remove it from my pics either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
