Yep, we get the wally mart shoppers now and then. Feedback has no effect on cases filed. At least with paypal, the BUYER has to pay it's return. With any luck, they will never get around to sending it back.

NO MENTION OF RETURN PAYPAL SAYS IF I LOSE HE CAN KEEP GOODS ie,
record, if thats the case it becomes fraud he lied to me to get it but because i blocked him from bidding on my records after his repeated demands too he started a not as described

The moment a buyer starts talking about a family member with cancer is the very moment you block, cancel if need be, and move on. And that little piece of advice is coming from someone who lives with cancer.

That is the problem with selling records. They can look really good but once a buyer gets around to actually listening to it they realize it sounds terrible. Maybe check the sound before you list or at least use a bright light and check condition looking at an angle ?

not totally true
I've been dealing in vinyl for over 23 years, I've manufactured/released, distributed it, mastered audio specifically for vinyl, I've even done art and layouts for the medium. The problem is old vinyl, 78's tend to have much harsher sound then today's vinyl 12" (Yes there is huge difference, the resins used alone are different). But no light or angle will show the sound quality at best you maybe able to show if there is a a lot of scratches and scuffs. Chances are if dealing with older records, having one in Mint condition or even NM (Near Mint) is rare.
Old vinyl, especially 78's need to be cleaned (they make cleaner just for vinyl) this will clean all the dust and grim from within the playing grooves and allow the vinyl to sound as intended, even newer vinyl needs this done time to time and also good to use anti-static devise (they make these for vinyl also) - static is a records enemy just as much as any dust/grim or high/low temperatures that will warp the vinyl over time, even the way store vinyl is factor.

I've collected 78's for over twenty-five years... and stopped buying them off of eBay about twenty years ago because almost none of the sellers knew how to properly grade them (or carefully package them so they'd arrive unbroken).
The only 'safe' place to buy/sell 78's (and cylinder records) is the 78-C listserve at groups.io (active since 1998)
