BUYER BEWARE SCAM/CON SELLER

HELLO ALL, PLEASE READ  !!!

I RECENTLY PLACED A BID ON AN ITEM OF A PAIR OF SHOES. AFTER, THINKING IT OVER I HAVE DECIDED TO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON THEM BECAUSE I HAVE AN EXTREMELY HARD TIME FINDING SHOES THAT FIT MY FEET PROPERLY.   THE VERY FIRST MESSAGE, I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS SELLER IS THAT THEY ARE VERY NASTY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, HAS AN ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME FROM THE BEGGING. LIKE I SAID THEY MESSAGED ME FIRST.  I HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR 2 MESSAGES FROM THIS PARTICULAR SELLER ALL TO WHICH THEY ARE LIKE I SAID AND MORE ... RUDE, NASTY, VULGAR, THREATENING, HAS AN EXTRA LARGE STICK UP THEY BOTTOM, A SOCIOPATH, GREED, AND MANY MORE NEGATIVE COMMENTS TOWARDS ME FROM THIS SELLER. BELOW, I HAVE SHOWN WHAT WAS SAID FROM THE SELLER AND TO THE BUYER{ME}...

*PLUS, THEY EVEN SAID IN THE LAST MESSAGE TOWARDS ME " Have it your way. You sound like a spoiled B anyways. Takes all kinds to make the world and your on the bottom shelf." ON WHICH THAT STATEMENT MAKES COMPLETELY NO SENSE TO MY UNDERSTANDING OR I AM NOT DUMB ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND IT. EITHER WAY, I WILL NOT BE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH THEM. ALSO, I STRONGLY SUGGEST NO ONE DOES ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER. THIS SO CALLED "SELLER" OBVIOUSLY JUST WANTS SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY AND ACTS LIKE A CHILD ABOUT THE SITUATION TOWARDS THE BUYER BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAY FOR AN ITEM ON WHICH I WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH. 

*THIS SELLER ALSO STATED IN THE VERY FIRST MESSAGE TO ME{THE BUYER} "I don't know what your problem is but I will be putting a none payment in Ebay's hands. If you need more time let me know or if you don't want the items. I had other bidders that were interested. 100% rating is nice tool to have."

*HOWEVER, I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO PLACED A BID ON THIS ITEM & IF I DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT THEN OBVIOUSLY I AM NOT GOING TO PURCHASE THIS PARTICULAR ITEM. I HAVE TOLD THIS INCOMPETENT  SELLER NUMEROUS TIME THAT" I WILL NOT BE MAKING THE PURCHASE, YOU ARE MORE THEN WELCOME TO GIVE THE ITEM AWAY FOR FREE TO THE NEXT PERSON, AND TO LEAVE ME ALONE. DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN."  YET, THEY CHOOSE NOT TO DO SO. I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED EBAY ABOUT THIS INCOMPETENT  SELLER NUMEROUS TIMES AND EBAY WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION NEED. 
 

***P.S ...... I HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT NICE TOWARDS THIS SELLER & ITS VERY CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE ATTACKED ME FIRST VERBALLY FOR ONLY PAYMENT. SERIOUSLY. GROW UP & START ACTING LIKE AN ADULT & NOT YOUR SHOE SIZE !!!

That's the only thing that matters. You are not a good buyer.

Also using all caps is considered yelling and it's very rude.

you bid, you win, you pay. you don't THEN decide not to pay. I would have reported non payment on you, as well. if you are not going to play by the rules, get off ebay .

How soon after the listing ended did the seller message you????

No reason for seller rudeness.  They should just follow eBay policy, and move along.

I am not sure when it ended and the seller messaged me first on March 03, yesterday, which it seems like the seller waited for me to buy the item or not, and then messages me probably a week later, and yes I do agree with you completely is why I posted all of this information

when you bid you were committing to buy should you win.By refusing to pay you are breaking ebay policy and costing the seller money and time.You will be getting an unpaid item strike which will lead to many sellers blocking you  w ebay provided block if you get/have another in 12 months

I'm not excusing any unprofessionalism in communication from this seller, however...

You initiated this.  You don't make a bid and then "decide" not to pay for them!

It tells you when you make a bid that you are entering into a binding contract to pay for the item if you win!  That means you PAY if you win!

The time to realize you have a hard time finding shoes that fit is BEFORE you place a bid, NOT after!

You bid when you shouldn't have.  That wasn't the seller's fault.

In that case buy in person!

The auction ended on the 25th of February, you refuse to pay, everything the seller said is true.

Ebay will do nothing to the seller, however, when your blatant abuse comes to light, they may do something about you.

maybe instead of praying for this seller, you should just pay her. A couple more non payment strikes and you are finished on Ebay.As Martha Stewart would say...its a good thing!

You're right.  You don't know if something is going to fit or not and it might be a waste of money but you need to realize that BEFORE you place a bid.  You just bid when you shouldn't have.  Never bid unless you are POSITIVE you want the item.

How is this seller perpetrating a scam or conning you? Yes its never appropriate to use rude language, but you seem to not know how ebay works. When you place a bid and win an item you're obligated to pay or face an unpaid strike on your account. Whatever reason you don't want to pay is not the sellers problem.  I see all the feedback you have ever left is all negative. I don't think ebay is for you.
