You want to know why ebay is going the drain, and we can't sell anything anymore? Because they allow things like this to happen
It took me years to get a decent selling limit. Had to jump through hoops.
How is this seller, magically able to have a limit of millions, and 4000 items, many of which have a quanityt of 100+? The rest of us have to start off with $500/10 items. HOw is this even possible?
The search results are flooded with this garbage. We might not be competing against Chinese sellers, as some people on here try to claim, but no one wants to shop on here anymore, when the market is flooded with this garbage.
And even worse, when it comes to MY market, they are able to put up after market, or straight up counterfeit items, while still listing them as a brand name, completely screwing up search results for buyers that might want my parts. So they don't even bother with ebay anymore. Why would they want to?
Brand is set as Tag Heuer. This isn't allowed. But do you think ebay will do anything if you complain? NOPE

I caught the seller's ID before it was yanked from OP's post...
Seller states "FREE RETURN SHIPPING"...then in his Return Policy fine print it says that buyer pays return shipping.
Is that an ebay policy violation?
I saw that too!
Every listing says:
Free return shipping
30 days
Money back
then, the fine print says,
"We want you to buy with confidence. Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your new, unused products for a FULL REFUND. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. Here’s how easy it is:..."

If they charge sales tax for items sent to New Mexico ("Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: NM(5.125%").
Does that mean they live there?

Start by clicking to the left of the page that reads US only. Some people have a hard time searching but actually Ebay is very easy if you do it right. If you are still having problems post what it is you cannot find. Give me about two minutes and I will find what you need to help you out.

Yeah, except, I buy a lot from The UK and Australia. Couple other places as well. Just NOT China or India or SIngapore, while they still make up a large swath of the results when using world wide. So that leaves me where exactly?

The US only filter does NOTHING if the offshore sellers lie and state they ship from the USA.
You'd think a top expert would know this, right?

They DO ship from the U.S. I'v'e ordered many things from those outside US but shows location IN U.S. Nothing has ever came from China. No need to be an expert.

As usual, your experience and mine has been the exact opposite. This is why I always check where the seller is registered on their FB page now. eBay... always adding extra steps!

Yes, I also check before making a purchase. Thus the reason I have never received anything directly from China. No need to be an expert.

Stock is down 2.5% over the past the months...if the results aren't pretty, stock will continue to flat line.
Irrelevant.
When the stock is low, the punters buy.
And then Jan 23rd rolls around, and the stock is suddenly high and the punters sell.
Because unless a company is paying out dividends from its profits, the only ones buying the stock are gamblers.
Andthe only way to make money on a non-dividend stock is to buy low and sell how.
More to the point, eBay never sees a penny of that money.
They got the money from their IPOs .
All the rest is games played by the stockholders.
Nothing to do with the viability of the company.

Anybody know if Chinese sellers dot non-USA ebay sites...or are we alone blessed in that regard?
No, they're all over .co.uk and .co.au as well.
