Greedbay is charging you a fee for international buyers using US addresses, even when you have them blocked. The LAWSUIT is coming.

Did you file a lawsuit?
I like reading those to see what claim basis is used and structure for renumeration.
Can you post a copy for us to peruse? Will it be class-action? What State did you use to serve E-Bay in? Where you are domiciled or e-Bay is? Thx!

Not sure what you expect eBay to do to prevent people from using a foreign card to buy something and send to a US address. But good luck with your lawsuit.

Oh no, another lawsuit. Remember that guy that said he was starting a class action lawsuit. Wonder what happened to him.

LAWSUIT!

Raise your prices by 2%. That will more than cover the fees for an international payment and you make 2% extra on all your regular sales. Problem solved.

Maybe still trying to get the "action" part figured out? ⁉️
Did the OP leave? Was hoping to get a copy of his lawsuit.

You can always cancel the transaction and select problem with address.

There is no such block.
You can block buyers whose primary eBay address is not in a location you ship to.
But there is no block based on the buyer's country of registration nor on where their bank account is based. The fee is related to the location of their bank account and the block is based on their mailing address.

eBay charges international fees based on where a buyer is registered.
There is no way to block buyers based on where they are registered.
If you think you have them blocked, you are mistaken.

You can certainly say you won't ship internationally on an item.
What the OP objects to is despite not shipping internationally to avoid these fees, buyers can circumvent this and he gets surprise fees despite still shipping to the US.
And the raise your prices guy? Why don't you try that and show us how well it works.

Did you have a lawsuit against Pay Pal for the same thing?

The items the OP is selling are 1 of a kind; so raising prices would NOT be an issue since there is probably no competition to compare to.
But... there are always posts of members complaining about lack of sales. Now we have a member that wants to sue because it is costing him $1.50 for a $100 sale??
OP- would you rather have no sale??
