BBE metrics being computed wrongly - part 2

This is a new episode :  recently a buyer opened a SNAD claim and after 2 hours he recognized that he made an error by opening the SNAD claim because i did all correct and he opened the claim by error.

Rapidly closed the case,  gave me his appologies by the confusion, via ebay message, and left me positve feedback.

No refund was given, nothing. Like i said, after closing the SNAD this buyer left me positive feedback.

All this within  2 hours between opening and closing the SNAD claim.

Today i was checking my BBE dashboard and i saw that the fact of opening SNAD procedure is counting like a "bad buyer experience" episode!!!

That transaction was coded as a "defect" and will remain 12 weeks in my BBE score!!

This is completely nonsense!!

Here i go again to ebay chat , spending more minutes and providing print-screens of the dashboard that iam talking about  to the ebay agent, in order to correct, one more time, an unfair situation resulted by bad coding.

Metrics should take in consideration opened and closed cases by buyer and by motif= opened by error!

Once again metrics being computed unfairly....

Anyone experiencing this situation??

Re: BBE metrics being computed wrongly - part 2

I am with you mate! I already replied to your first mention of this. I was angry on this seller standard from its introduction, because its not connected to the standard  "Seller dashboard", its not taking buyer mistakes in to consideration and there is no way to appeal to a defect there -at least I was not able to find a way.
Responses from the customer service are always the same and in half of the case they are not even aware of the BBE dashboard existence...

Was you able to remove those defects somehow at the end on not?
