What is your average sales over the last 6 days? I'm under $30 a day. Any reason why I shouldn't close my store & remove everything? I would do worse elsewhere? Have a good weekend. Good luck to us all. 🙂

It’s been awfully quiet. I think they’re tweaking things for the holidays.

I had no sales from the 23 to thr 30th.
Things are now back to normal (well for two days).
But that was no sales anywhere including my own website and the site an employee runs.
The week before was over $200 a day, which is pretty decent since most of my items go for about $10 including shipping.
I don't really do daily counts.
Monthly iss good enough

Closing your store will bring in $0. Lower your prices to meet demands of buyers will boost your sales but lower your profit. Keeping everything like it is will continue to bring in $30 a week. It's up to you but without making a move it is most likely everything will stay about the same.

As I've stated numerous times - I allow for best offer. Think my price is more than you want to pay? - send an offer. Most offers are half of my listed price. Drop my price then get offered half of that? No thanks. Have a good night.

I feel for you! My last 6 days was $150, but compared to last years Oct "6 day average" of $1100 ... well that says it all.
We're all hurting! Hopefully the holidays will bring us some sales. All we have is hope right now.
Love your store! You have some great stuff!

From the 24th to the 30th your sales show a little over $500 total or average of $83 per day. Much better to start with actual meaningful numbers if there is a problem you need help with.

Thanks for your input. Although, 1/4 of that total is one item I sold for a friend so, it doesn't apply to my earnings. Cheers!

Thank you for the compliment. I try to add attractive items & a nice variety. Something has got to give! lol Cheers!

Actually, not sure where you are getting your total sales figure from because most of my sales went with best offer. The $225 listing sold for $128. So, you're incorrect with your observation. Cheers!

@sakic92710 I look at sales on a monthly basis ... I have also worked the lowest priced item up to $ 14.95 ... you have things for under $3 ... you might consider determining your lowest sale amount and rework your listings from there. You may also want to consider some different price points.
An experienced Seller posted a good thread on price points ... like $ 9.95 instead of $ 10.00, $ 19.95 instead of $ 20.00, $ 49.95 instead of $ 50.00. He made some good points and I adopted a fair amount of that philosophy. A Seller will spend just as much time creating a listing for $ 4.95 as they will for one that is $ 99.95. That's the other reason to work your lowest priced item UP.
There have been many threads on slow sales and I think we can blame eBay for a lot of that ...
Anyway, I sincerely hope your sales turn around for you ...

Averaging $234/day this past week. I did a lot more listing this past month and coupled with the seasonal changes, it's been paying off. Pretty content right now, but looking to crank it up a bit more to close out the year.

I had three sales in October. Total about $75.00
Greatest activity on Ebay is watched item notifications. 😉

Sorry to tell you but for most buyers what you say will not work. If you are asking $150 for an item worth $75, 99.9% of your potential buyers will just hit the back button instead of giving you an offer.

Your comment would be true except, I don't list items for 2x their value. Never have; never will.
