We've recently launched a few products on eBay and they're coming up fine but we're having an issue with the quantity for those products.
As we're currently limited we can only sell a few of our range, we've set the quantity to 5 but it keeps being reduced to 1. We can successfully update it to 5 without any issues but overnight it just reverts back to 1.
I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on why this might be happening?

Don't see any listings of yours to check the problem.

I have never heard of this happening but is it possible that because you are a new seller you have selling limits and ebay is lowering your quantities to keep you within those limits?
If you are a new seller with a $500 limit, you can't sell 10 $100 items.

Thanks for your replies! It really is odd - not seen this happen before either.
It's also odd that the lists aren't showing on the profile. Here are the products we're selling.

It looks like you are too new and need some positive buyer experiences. The following link should give you your current seller limits'

You can also click the box to "Request a Limit increase"
When I click the ink to see your other items, it shows me the following:

You are in the UK, and you have specified a shipping cost only to the UK. This is the discussion board for eBay users in the United States, so we won't see your listings when we click on "View listings." You can visit the UK Community here:

Thank you for providing links to your listings. The one that I clicked on showed 5 available. How did you arrive at that shipping cost? It looks too low.
