Ebay (on 3 listings) is offering buyers to make offer - no where have I turned this option on. What gives?

In some cases ebay turns it on for you, I'm not sure how (or why) they decide when to do it. You should be able to take it off.

On your listing page where you enter the price you want for your item, below it states "more options" click on that and you'll see it was probably checked by Ebay. Why they do that I have no idea. It happened to me a couple of times and to several people who posted the issue as well. Just keep an eye on it. Check all your listings to see if the same thing is happening.

I'm pretty sure it was Trinton that told us if you remove Make Offer when eBay forced it on to your listing- eBay will add it back if the item doesn't sell within a certain period of time (5-7 days?).

No, it's not a glitch, they've been doing it for years.

Make sure when you list the item that "best offer" is not checked.
If the item is already listed, go to "revise item" and
make sure that "best offer" is not checked.

What do you use to list?
I've heard some say if you use the app or the easy listing tool, they'll add best offer sometimes.

Whether you have Best Offer as an option, customers can still make Offers.
It's not always eBay changing the selling form.
