Automatic Relisting

When an auction item doesn’t sell and it gets relisted automatically, is there a way to add “buy it now” on the relisted auction when the original did not include it?

Time left and no bids.  Once bidding starts, the listing is locked.

Does Buy It Now still require a minimum 30% spread between starting bid and the BIN price?

Yeah, I don't know that it is 30%. But you do have to make the BIN Higher.

The Buy It Now price has to be at least 30% higher than the auction starting price

You may be able to revise it. If not just cancel the sale(as long as no bidders) and relist the way you want.
