Auto-Accept on offers not working

Again tonight I got an offer for exactly the amount I set my listing to auto-accept, and the offer came in, and I had to accept it.  I even clicked "edit" to look at my listing and saw I did have it set to auto-accept the amount the buyer offered.  I had told the buyer that the listing was set up to auto-accept that amount.  This used to work, but lately it has not.  Did I miss something related to this?

Did the buyer add a note? System won't auto-accept if buyer added a note in the comments box.

I just looked, and there was no note.

Click the ? icon on the lower right of your active listings page (or any page) and click report technical issue. eBay monitors those reports and if others are having the same problem it will get eBay's attention.

I have the same issue. I even had a eBay rep on the phone when testing the auto accept and they don't know why it's not working! How long has eBay been in business? WOW
