I recently purchased a non returnable pair of sneakers off eBay. They were approved by the Authenticator and sent to me. Since the size was wrong and I couldn’t return, I decided to sell on eBay. They were sold and sent to the Authenticator where they got denied. They were never worn, used, box still intact. How can it pass one Authenticator and fail another within a month? Has anyone had issues with this and what do I do next?

Did the shoes get returned to you?
Wrong size is a remorse return that can be refused. I believe you needed to file wrong item received, ordered size x received size y. Chances are used up on eBay. Did you pay with PayPal? File a received wrong item dispute there. paypal.com/disputes or file a chargeback if you paid with a credit card.

Not sure the original post was clear:
The post isn't about the OP's original purchase, and it doesn't imply s/he actually received the wrong size shoes--just that the sneakers didn't fit him/her. Op is posting as the seller now, asking how the same pair of sneakers can be passed by the program once, but rejected when resubmitted.
I don't know the answer to the OP's question. Just wanted to make sure the original post was clear.
