Being a new seller I don't know how this happens. I'm selling a certain item, eBay picks and chooses when it goes to this center. CENTER APPROVED it and sent it to buyer. Buyer requested a refund and that's now my problem. Shouldn't the center be responsible for the refund? Then later I'm told it was wrongly categorized. How would I know? I followed the prompts. And it still passed authenticity. I feel I shouldn't be responsible for this return. Any suggestions
