Authentication incorrect?

I sent out a new pair of legit NIKES fornthe 1st time and they sent them back basically calling them fakes?!? Who does this process?! And the 2nd time they made me use this system. I had a case opened against me by buyer saying they never received the item.   I followed the tracking and it was on the authenticators issue not mine ! WTH?!? I explained to buyer and then I had to call eBay twice to get it straightened out.  And now low and behold , my account payments have been on hold since Dec 19 and suddenly it’s restricted this past week as I continue to ship out items , call eBay , run a household , deal with fires here and poor health.  Who is the people we talk to all this? Sorry Carlos in another country. You can’t help me with your “escalations “ anymore.  I feel duped and stressed with bills past due now that I worked my ass off to post to eBay at night while my kids slept.  I’m tired and can’t get any answers.  I hope they reimburse me for my past due charges with bills and interest.  This is ridiculous and should be brought to the attention of a major network or journalist.  Praying on individuals just trying to hustle and survive here

Authentication incorrect?

You have a lot going on in this post. First with regards to the sneaker authentication. You need to read the following and understand what the authentication program is and how it works. I am not sure what the message was from the authentication program as to why the sneakers failed. There are a number of reasons items fail authentication other than being fake/counterfeit. I am not sure what customer service told you or what "get it straightened out" means but you should be aware the only goal of customer service is to get you off the phone, generally telling you what you want to hear even if that means lying to you.

It is not unusual for eBay to put account payments on hold and once again I am not sure what the message from eBay has been with regards to the hold but based on your feedback it may be performance related. The following policy explains when and why eBay holds funds. They will NOT pay you interest on those held funds.

With regards to your account restriction once again I am not sure what the exact message was you received from eBay regarding the restriction but it may have something to do with refunding the buyer  for the sneakers that failed authentication. Following is the information on account restrictions. It sounds as though eBay will continue to hold all funds until you resolve the issue which means any funds you receive from additional sales. This is a serious issue you really need to address ASAP.
