Authenticating Brand Names

Less than 90 days into selling on eBay and I'm concerned and confused about these True Religion jeans and hope that this forum can help!

My concern is listing rhese then get hit with 'Item not as described ' case.

Can anyone tell me with these pics if they're fakes?
