Auction not showing up on Ebay.com

Hi, I listed 2 auctions, and it can be seen on I all ebays I checked, except for Ebay.com. I logged in to ebay.pl, found my auction and change "pl" to "com", and I auction appeared. But when I enter "sellers other items" then there are none. If I want my acution to be visible for everyone should I just list it through ebay.com?

If you want your listing to show up on a  given site, you must say you will ship to that location.

If you list on dotCOM, you have to ship to the USA.

If you list on dotDE, you have to ship to Germany, and if you want those listings to be seen in Germany you have to say you will ship to the USA and give a shipping cost, or at least state that you will ship Worldwide (in which case your customer will be told to contact you for shipping information. )

 Is dotPL Portugal or Poland?  In any case you may also be restricted from selling overseas until you have shown yourself capable of handling international selling. There are many restrictions on new sellers.

Thanks for reply. It's Poland. I had only 2 shipping options when listing: Europe and Worldwide. I opted to Worldwide with fixed price, so technically anyone can buy it.

About restrictions, where can I find some article about it? I heard that yers ago I would have to have 10 opinions, but its not there anymore, is it?
