I am thinking about changing the name of my store  Will that effect anything I have now with my customers?

No it won't hurt anything.  But why do you have a store?  What store level do you have?  If it is a Basic or above, you don't appear to be ready for that and it would be simply costing you money at this point.

For a basic store, it is best if you are regularly going to have 300+ listing each month.

Did you sign up as a month to month or a yearly subscription?

Keep in mind you can change your store name, but it will not change your store URL. The link to your store will remain https://www.ebay.com/str/csis44 even after you change the store name @cisis-44rebelflipper .

If you have a monthly store subscription you may want to unsubscribe so you can start fresh with a new store name when you're ready. If you have a yearly store subscription there are early termination fees for ending the subscription before the year is up, but for a Starter Store it caps out around $20 (it's much higher for other store tiers).

You can determine early termination fees by viewing the chart on the terms of service page you agreed to when subscribing: https://pages.ebay.com/stores/subscriptionterms.html

As suggested by another poster, there's not much point in paying for a store subscription this early on. Generally the only time sellers use the Starter Store is because they want access to run sales and order discounts. You get the same number of free insertions with a Starter Store as you get without any store subscription (250/month).
