Auction Timer

I also was watching my timer as my auction timer run out. My auctions today ended before the timer run out. What's going on?

Off by days or a couple minutes/seconds?     If it's just a couple minutes or less I wouldn't worry about it.   When you view the page, the browser loads the time left, but does not constantly double-check unless you refresh the page, so it can easily get out of sync, especially if you go to another tab and back again.

Some Ebay pages base their countdown on the users own machine clock. Check your date & time settings to verify that the computer is obtaining its current time setting from the internet in order to be fully accurate.

I sometimes watch television and there are neighbors across the street watching the same channel (I can see in their windows because of their large tv screens) and somehow just living across the street from someone their program is off seconds from mine while watching the same show. Just giving a similar issue.
