Auction Insertion Fee Credit

I am allotted with 500 free auction listings each month with my store subscription. After 500, I am charged a .15 cent per listing insertion fee. However, if the item sells, I am to be credited back that fee. I noticed the insertion fee credits appear to have stopped over the last few weeks. I reached out to eBay support and was told they will escalate it to the technical team, but they confirmed I have not been receiving the credits. Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Thanks

I'm having the same issue.  I listed 250+ auctions this past week (after already using up my allotted 250 for the month) and I haven't received a single insertion fee credit for any of the ones that sold.
