Attention Rollo printer users...

I always order genuine Rollo labels from the same seller on Amazon.

I refuse to buy aftermarket labels.

I've ordered and re-ordered over a dozen times and never had any problems.

My latest re-order from the same seller I always order from arrived.

They are FAKE labels.

Genuine Rollo labels come in a purple and white box with the Rollo logo on it.

These were wrapped in plastic wrap in a generic cardboard box.

Genuine Rollo labels have the word "Rollo" embossed or lightly printed on each label.

These did not.

My usual Rollo labels always ship from Amazon.

These did not.

They shipped from some health and beauty supply company from what looked like a residential address.

I can't figure out how/why this is happening since I always "re-order" from the same seller I always do.

Just a heads up for those of you who use/order Rollo labels.

Attention Rollo printer users...

I don't have a Rollo, but I can identify with how unnecessarily difficult it can be to order supplies. When every listing has the exact same image it becomes a task that now requires detective work... to order supplies.

I went to the Rollo site and if I were you I would get them from there (assuming they are also $19.99 on Amazon). The only catch is that they seem to only offer free shipping on orders $25 or up.

Unrelated question: Do they work well? I remember about a year ago they were marketing them aggressively but I haven't heard/seen much about them since. Wondering if there are any problems with them.

Amazon: Apologized and offered me a return for exchange or refund.

The Rollo Store:  Apologized and offered to send me a replacement outside of Amazon.

They could not (or would not) tell me HOW this could happen.

So i'll get a refund from Amazon upon the return of the fake labels PLUS a free pack of genuine labels from the Rollo Store.

Love my Rollo.

I am aware that genuine Rollo labels are also available for order from the Rollo website.

It's more convenient for me to order them from Amazon since I order from Amazon at least once a month anyways.

Perhaps your regular seller was Out of Stock and drop shipped the labels from another seller. Ideally, the other seller would have sent the genuine labels.

You, my friend, are a genius!

That makes perfect sense.

Attention Rollo printer users...

If Amazon sends you a return shipping label, you should just send them some of your defective Dole Plantation candy, and keep the fake labels.

@hartungcards ,

Instead James should return it with a weenie baby in the box instead.
