At what time are Seller Updates usually released?

They used to be released early in the morning but I think the last couple were later in the day- around 1:00 pm PT?

My memory failed me. The last update was released at 8:20 am PT on the announcements board.

However the message eBay sent to alert me was around 1:00 pm PT.

I followed your link and I see this time on that post:  11:19:15 AM. 

Are times on posts on this board automatically converted to local time for each user?  So was that 11:19 AM Eastern time, 8:19 AM Pacific?

I do believe all times are displayed in Pacific Time, unless you change them.

You can set the time zone for your community platform by going to your community profile, clicking on "Community settings" (which then changes to "My settings"). Then click on "Preferences." That will open up to a series of options, but the very first one it defaults to is "Preference Options." The first field allows you to change your displays to another time zone. Then remember to click "Save" at the bottom of the list.

The above directions are for the desktop version. I have no clue about the mobile app.

Thanks!  In my Preference Options, my Time zone is set to Eastern Time.  So I guess I am seeing the time stamp for all post converted to Eastern time.

who really cares what the time is as one just reads more frustrating rules for the sellers to follow and help for the buyers. Won't be long though and the fees will increase.

I only use my laptop. I have Eastern Time checked in My Preferences. However, when on the "main" seller discussion summary page where all thread titles are listed, it still shows PT, but when I click on a particular thread, the actual replies are in Eastern Time. So my daily mantra is counting on my fingers to figure out the exact my time. Is there another area where I can set the actual main discussion board to Eastern? Thank you so much for your help.

The 2019 Fall Seller Update was released at exactly 8:00 AM Pacific time, 11:00 AM Eastern time.
